Memory Enhancement Training is a four-week program designed to teach effective memory techniques to improve memory. The course targets the four most common memory complaints that many people experience in their daily lives: remembering names and faces; remembering items on your to-do list, remembering where you put your things, and “tip of the tongue” memory slips.
Memory Training is designed for adults over 50 who are experiencing memory changes due to normal aging changes.
