GO Ministry Volunteer Coordinator

The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of volunteer engagement, a key dimension of the GO Ministry of St. John the Divine. The Coordinator will promote volunteerism, recruit, train and equip, and manage internal and external communications and events related to the GO Ministry and mission. This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position. The regular workweek will include periodic evenings and weekends.

Teaching Center Producer

Principal Functions: The Teaching Center Producer empowers and equips the faculty and students of the teaching center. The producer is tasked with implementing the strategic initiative to “develop a world class teaching center” and its operational objectives. This is a full-time, non-exempt position.

Nursery Worker:

Principal Functions: To provide safe, secure, nurturing, clean and efficient care to our children. Ministry responsibilities include playing with the children or directing their play, reading to them, praying with children, exhibiting patience and love, and relating the events of the day to the lesson and theme in words the child can understand. Responsible for age-appropriate care which includes: feeding, changing diapers, maintaining a safe environment, putting children down for naps, holding, sitting with, and cheerfully interacting with children through games, stories, crafts and play.
