Community Outreach Grants
Did you know that St John the Divine tithes? Ten percent of the general operating receipts – that’s 10% of your pledge dollars – goes to the Outreach Fund. The Outreach Fund provides financial support to organizations that are spreading the love of Jesus Christ by addressing the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of our neighbors, doing God’s work in our city. The variety is incredible, stretching from infant formula to senior care, from summer camp for needy children to reducing prisoner recidivism, from inner-city Christ-based schools to universities and seminaries, from housing indigent adults to helping the mentally ill.
Learn more about these wonderful ministries. Find the right one for you and your family, and support it with your time, your talent, your treasure. And say to the Lord “Here I am. Send me!”
