Principal Functions: The Executive Assistant is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of a clergy office in a one-on-one working relationship. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to this office. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills. The Executive Assistant must be able to work under pressure and handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. This is a full-time, benefits eligible position.
Principal Functions: The Communications Assistant is responsible for the management and production of weekly communications materials, both digital and print, as well as generally assisting the efforts of the communications office. This is a part-time position of 1,000 or fewer hours per year.
