What to Expect
All Visitors Welcome!
SUNDAYS AT ST. JOHN THE DIVINE
We have you in mind when we gather on Sundays, and we want to serve you in any way that we can!

Traditional Service and Awesome Worship Service
You can expect a range of worship styles at our varied services. You will find us in casual dress in our contemporary services and business attire in our traditional services. Communion is offered at all our services for all baptized Christians.
Religious education is offered for children, youth, and adults.
Adults meet for a presentation and discussion in the church from 9:00 - 9:45 am. The talk is repeated in the Parlor from 10:00 - 10:45 am for those who worship in the Awesome Worship service.

Children's Sunday School
Our children's ministry classes are taught in a safe and secure environment by teachers who love both God's Word and children. Children's classes are available for children from preschool though 5th grade. We are delighted to be one of the few churches ministering to children with special needs and their families through our Wonderfully Made class, from 8:30 am - 12:30 pm.The nursery is available from 8:30 to 12:30 for infants and toddlers. Please know that we desire to support you in your calling to raise your children to know and love God.
Middle school and high school youth meet at 10:00 am for teaching time and then break into small groups. We want to help families raise their students into healthy adults with a love for Jesus and his holy church by connecting with students, nurturing their relationship with Jesus Christ, plugging them into the youth ministry community and helping them develop their ability to serve others.

Come for Breakfast, Stay for Coffee - or Lunch!
We'd love to meet you! Join us in Sumners Hall across from the church for coffee and cookies after the morning services. Our priests are available after each service in case you would like to ask a question, ask for prayer, or just say "hi". Be sure to drop by the Get Connected Center to get more information about our many programs and opportunities. We also welcome you have breakfast starting at 7:30 am or brunch from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm at Cafe Diviné in Sumners Hall.
