St. John the Divine
With the words “from dust you came and to dust you shall return”, the season of Lent reminds us of our own mortality and that all “flesh” must die. Lent calls us to repentance and discipleship, as we follow Christ to the agony of Good Friday and ultimately to the unbounded joy experienced at his Resurrection. Leading us into Holy Week, our final steps to the crucifixion, and helping us more fully prepare for what is to come is the deeply spiritual Requiem of Johannes Brahms, as offered by the SJD Chorale and River Oaks Chamber Orchestra.

Kemper Crabb has been called to help a new church plant in Katy. Read more about Kemper's next steps here.
