Rally Day

Save the date....Sunday, August 28, 2011 for SJD Rally Day.

Rally Day is a seminal day on the calendar at St. John the Divine, but perhaps for not the reason you imagine.  In our lives at church it is easy to get stuck in a routine – coffee in Sumner’s Hall followed by great worship at the Contemporary Service, or the early service followed by prayer.  Rally Day is the time in the year when all of our church comes together.  It is a great time to meet new people, support the Church and feel the vibrancy of Christ’s work in the community of St. John the Divine.  Although Rally Day will be a little earlier than in years past, we know it will be a fantastic event.  Please join us on Sunday, August 28th for great BBQ, games for the kids and a day filled with fellowship!  If you would like to donate time, talent or treasure to our Silent Auction please contact Jackie Skeffington () or Wanda Amos () or fill out the form below!

You can now pre-order your child's wristband for rides and games and avoid the lines on Rally Day by clicking here.  $10 for ages 2-18. All orders must be placed by August 21st and will be available for pick-up on Rally Day from 9am-12pm at the Will-call table outside Sumners Hall.
